Nice to meet you!

I’m coming to Musette with over 15 years of professional baking experience and a lifetime of passion for the craft. My background is varied, including experience in concepts ranging from a tiny vegan chocolate shop in Vermont to a high-production cupcake bakery in Seattle. If it’s pastry, I’ve probably found a way to give it a shot.

My biggest love in baking has become running wholesale bakeries. It’s such an honor to see my pastries integrated into your morning routines, coffee shop dates, and afternoons exploring the city. The driving force behind my love for pastry has always been how folks connect over food, so I’m very excited at the opportunity to team up with the amazing coffee shops we have here and help foster that connection and joy.

The Pacific Northwest has truly amazing farmers, creative coffee roasters, and incredibly talented bakers. Our team is excited to uplift the work of our amazing partners and clients with our own unique skills. Let’s build something together!
